Important Information about Fee Schedule (GOÄ) for Radiological Services

Please note that our state-of-the-art radiological services, including 3D Digital Volume Tomography (DVT) and dental scans, are billed as additional services according to the Fee Schedule for Physicians (GOÄ). This means that there are additional costs associated with these specialized diagnostic procedures, which may not always be fully covered by your health insurance. For privately insured patients, the costs for a DVT scan are generally reimbursed without issue. However, most statutory health insurances currently do not cover this advanced diagnostic procedure. Therefore, DVT scans are offered to statutory health insured patients as self-payment services. This special service costs a total of €450, including the evaluation and consultation of the scan.
